Ann Marie Mehlum, President & CEO

Ann Marie received her MBA in finance from the University of California at Berkeley and has thirty years of experience in banking. Her range of experience and education gives her a unique perspective, blending the worlds of large corporate lending, community banking and small business.

Tim Calhoun, Business Relationship Officer

Tim is a native of Springfield and a graduate of Oregon State University. He has five years of banking experience, holding positions such as Universal Associate, Personal Banker and Operations Specialist.

Joyce Colley, VP Commercial Lending

Joyce is a graduate of the Northwest Intermediate Banking School and has over 29 years of experience in operations, commercial real estate, and consumer lending, holding positions such as Operations Assistant, Consumer Loan Officer, Relationship Manager, and Vice President.

Jake Eld, Senior Credit Analyst

Jake relocated to Eugene from Pocatello, Idaho, where he graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Business Adminisration with an emphasis in Finance.

Scott Goldstein, Chief Financial Officer

Scott holds an MBA from USC in Financial Services and Portfolio Management. His educational background and perspective from working for large banks and a small business make Scott uniquely qualified to help create innovative financial solutions for our customers.

Mara Hooker, Relationship Banker

Mara is a fourth generation Oregonian graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration. She has two years of banking experience and over five years of customer service and business experience.

Ashley Horner, Credit Analyst

Ashley is a native Oregonian who recently relocated back to Eugene after graduating from the University of Portland with her Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Mark Humphreys, SVP Chief Credit Administrator

Mark is a native Oregonian, raised on a Century Farm near Silverton. He holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Oregon State University and graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. He has over twenty-five years experience, primarily in commercial lending.

Nancy Kinnard, VP Business Relationships

Nancy has been in banking for over thirty years holding positions such as Branch Manager and Business Relationship Manager.

Kerry Lancy, Administrative Officer

Kerry relocated to Eugene from Rochester, New York where she worked for Harris Interactive, a world wide market research firm. She has over 15 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, human resources and market research.

Hans McKnight, Operations Specialist

Hans is a native Oregonian who grew up in Bend and graduated from the University of Oregon in 2004 where he studied Political Science and Business Administration. He has three years of banking experiece, holding positions such as Merchant Teller and Personal Banker.

Mary Merriman-Smith, SVP Planning and Development

Mary graduated from the University of Oregon earning her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management and Finance. She has over fifteen years of commercial and retail banking.

Pam Pliler, Senior Operations Officer

Pam started her banking career in Springfield over thirty years ago. She has a comprehensive banking background, having worked for large regional banks and small community banks. Her experience includes both branch and support department operations.

Randy Richichi, Commercial Loan Officer

Randy has been in banking for over ten years, working as a lending officer, branch manager, and private banker.

Krista Riddle, Loan Assistant

Krista has worked in commercial lending for more than fourteen years. Her specialty is the preparation and review of loan documentation.

Summer Roat, Administrative Assistant

Summer is a native of the Eugene area and has been in banking for over seven years, holding positions such as universal banker, personal banker, lead teller, and internal document auditor.

Marsi Smith, Loan Administration Assistant

Marsi has over ten years of experience in Loan Servicing. Her specialty is in providing operational support for the loan department.

Genevieve Sacket, Technology Support Specialist

Genevieve has beeen in banking for more than eight years, holding several positions such as Computer Operator, ACH Specialist, Universal Associate, and Online Banking Specialist.

Gabriela Snyder, Technology Support Manager

Gabriela has twenty years of banking and IT experience, having held positions such as Electronic Banking Manager, Systems Analyst and Business Banking Specialist.

Tim Spencer, Commercial Loan Officer

Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and is a graduate of the Northwest Intermediate Banking School. He has 24 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and mortgage compliance.

Joy Spriggs, Operations Assistant

Joy is a third generation Oregonian and a graduate of Cottage Grove High School. She has over twenty-seven years of banking experience including operations, new accounts, loan support and certifications.

Patricia Stahr, Operations Officer

Patti holds and MBA from Pepperdine University and has twenty-five years of experience in branch operations and risk management.

Carolee "Kari" Young, Teller

Kari has a BA degree in Social Work and Psychology. She has over 20 years of banking experience holding positions such as Service Representative, Branch Manager and Trainer. She is enjoying being a Teller in her "golden years".
