CREDIT ANALYST
Essential Duties
1. Provides excellent personal customer service to internal and external customers.
2. Performs analysis of credit reports, business and personal tax returns, financial statements, cash flows, and pricing analysis. Independently researches and analyzes borrower company and industry data.
3. Drafts written analyses of borrowers’ financial condition and presentation materials for loan officer.
4. Proactively notifies customers of upcoming loan maturities, renewals, rate adjustments and other loan events, ensuring receipt of all necessary documentation to complete renewals in a timely manner.
5. Prepares loan documents for signature.
6. Attends meetings and closings with loan officer.
7. Responsible for maintenance of paper loan files to ensure consistency and accuracy of loan documentation.
8. Assumes responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.
Requirements
1. Minimum of a Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of finance, accounting or business management. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or related curriculum, should be applicable to finance, accounting or business.
2. Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, write reports, correspondence and procedures, speak clearly to customers, employees, directors and shareholders.
3. Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
4. Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Excellent skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; word processing, spreadsheet and specialty software programs.
7. Intermediate typing skills to meet production needs of the position.
8. Ability to operate standard office equipment such as copy and fax machines, scanner, etc.
9. Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties.

TELLER

Greet each customer as they enter the bank and direct to the proper individual.

Perform all cash and non-cash transactions maintaining the highest level of customer service to best serve our customers.

Provide additional customer service by ordering checks, savings bonds, and sending/receiving wire transfers as well as providing safe deposit assistance.

Provide operational support by checking and counting night drop, balancing vault cash, processing cash shipments, performing certifications and reconciliation of general ledger.

Provide back-up support for answering and routing incoming calls, to ensure a quick response for all callers.

Assumes responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LOAN OFFICER

Development of new lending relationships to ensure growth of the bank with emphasis on commercial real estate and construction lending.

Development of referral sources for additional business.

Accountable for satisfactory turnaround time on all credit requests.

Ensure proper underwriting and documentation of loans.

Responsible for continuously monitoring the credit quality of personal loan portfolio.

Must maintain excellent working relationship with loan support staff.

Assumes responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.
